Description
The large Alamo. 115 cm of grilling surface, roughly double the area of the Alamo 80, in the same heavy iron build.
The size changes what you can do. At 115 cm you can run a hot zone and a cool zone at the same time, which is how you get sausages off early while an asado de tira is still going, instead of cooking in shifts.
It comes with the grate, a clamp rack for cooking meat upright beside the fire, a griddle, and a brazier for burning wood down to embers before you rake them under. Wheels and a eucalyptus work surface.
At 236 lb it is a fixed installation in practice. Decide where it goes before you assemble it.
