Description
The Pro is the fully equipped Alamo, in a rust finish on the ring and wheels.
Same 115 cm grilling surface as the Alamo 120, but it stands 210 cm tall and comes with the full set of attachments: the grate, a clamp rack, a grilling cage, an oval cage, a griddle, a spiedo for spit roasting, a brazier for burning wood down to embers, and a cover.
The spiedo and the cages are what separate this from the standard 120. A spit turns a whole lamb or a suckling pig. The cages hold fish, or anything else that would fall through a grate. If you cook more than steaks, this is the one that does all of it.
The rust finish on the ring and wheels is intentional, a deliberate look rather than wear.
At 275 lb, place it before you build it.
