Description
The most compact grill in the Alamo range. A round Argentine style charcoal grill, 80 cm across, built in heavy iron.
Argentine grilling is about embers rather than flame. You let the wood or charcoal burn down, rake the embers under the meat, and cook slowly over steady heat. The iron build matters for that, because it holds temperature instead of swinging with the wind the way thin steel does.
At 80 cm it fits a patio or an outdoor kitchen where the larger Alamos will not. It comes on wheels, with a eucalyptus work surface on the side for prep and tools, and at 154 lb it stays put once you have positioned it.
Made in Argentina. Iron grill, eucalyptus saligna board.
Diameter 80 cm, 31.5 in. Overall 95 x 140 x 55 cm. Weight 70 kg, 154.3 lb. Ring height 14 cm. Floor thickness 1/8 in.
