100% grass-fed ground beef from New Zealand, where cattle graze on pasture year round.
Grass-fed beef is leaner than grain-fed and it tastes different, cleaner and more mineral, without the sweetness grain gives. It is a firmer grind and it browns well.
For burgers, form it loosely and cook it hot and fast, because there is less fat here to protect it. For sauces and chili that leanness works the other way, you can brown it hard without it swimming in rendered fat, and you will not need to drain the pan.
Salt as you go for a sauce. For patties, salt the outside just before they cook.

- 20 to 30 miles. $19.99. $150 minimum order. Same day on orders placed before 2:00 PM, next day after that.
- 30 to 60 miles. $29.99. $200 minimum order. Next day.
Free delivery on any order over $200 within 20 miles. Past 20 miles the delivery fee applies.
