Description
Chorizo bombon is the same fresh Argentine pork chorizo, made small. Bombon means bonbon, and that is the idea. Two or three bites each.
Because they are small they cook in a fraction of the time, and you get far more browned skin for the amount of sausage. That is the whole reason people order them.
Grill them over medium heat and turn them often. They cook fast, so watch them, and do not split them.
These belong at the start of the asado, out on the table with bread and chimichurri while the beef is still on the fire.

- 30 to 60 miles. $29.99. $200 minimum order. Next day.
Free delivery on any order over $200 within 20 miles. Past 20 miles the delivery fee applies.
