Description
Australian Prime is the top Angus we bring in from Australia, picked for heavy marbling. It sits just below our Australian Wagyu.
The marbling runs right through the muscle, so it eats rich, but you can still finish a full steak without it becoming too much. That is why it is the ribeye we sell the most of online.
Hot grill or hot pan. Medium rare, and rest it before you cut.
Salt and pepper. Salt it well ahead or right before it goes on the heat, never in between.

- 0 to 10 miles. Free. $80 minimum order. Same day on orders placed before 5:00 PM.
- 10 to 20 miles. $9.99. $100 minimum order. Same day on orders placed before 5:00 PM.
- 20 to 30 miles. $19.99. $150 minimum order. Same day on orders placed before 2:00 PM, next day after that.
- 30 to 60 miles. $29.99. $200 minimum order. Next day.
Free delivery on any order over $200 within 20 miles. Past 20 miles the delivery fee applies.
