Description
A smoked sausage made with buffalo, pork, beef and bacon, bound with red wine and a little potato.
The buffalo carries a slight gamey edge. The pork and beef soften it, the bacon brings the smoke, and the wine pulls it together into something savoury rather than sharp.
It is fully cooked, so it only needs heating through. Grill it over medium heat or brown it in a pan. It also slices cold onto a board.
Bread and mustard. It is strong enough to hold its own in a pasta or a lentil stew as well.

- 30 to 60 miles. $29.99. $200 minimum order. Next day.
Free delivery on any order over $200 within 20 miles. Past 20 miles the delivery fee applies.
