Description
An Argentine stainless steel knife with a 20 cm blade, a wood and bone handle, and a fitted leather cover.
The 20 cm blade is the carving length. It goes through a whole picanha, a rib roast or an asado de tira in one pass, where a shorter knife has to saw at it. This is the one that belongs on the table when there is a roast to cut.
The handle pairs wood with bone, so the grain and colour vary from piece to piece.
Hand wash and dry it immediately. Not the dishwasher. Store it in the cover.
