Firebull Premium Hardwood Lump Charcoal — 8.8 lb (4 kg)
Delivered across South Florida by our own team, never a third party carrier. Same day available. Free pickup at our Hallandale Beach store.
Description
All natural hardwood lump charcoal in medium to large pieces. No fillers and no binders, which is why it lights fast, burns hot, and leaves very little ash.
Lump charcoal is not the same thing as briquettes. Lump is carbonised wood with nothing added, so it runs hotter, lights quicker, and gives off a neutral clean smoke that does not fight the meat. Briquettes are compressed dust held together with binders, and you can taste the difference.
Build it in a mound, open the vents, and light it with a chimney or a natural starter. For searing, let the coals burn down to white and run them hot. For a long cook, close the vents down and hold a steady low heat.
Outdoor use only. Never burn charcoal indoors or in an enclosed space. It gives off carbon monoxide.
Bag size 8.8 lb, 4 kg.
